Our Industry Sectors
CarrerClass Green Infrastructure focuses on three specific industries including non-profit camp, church and school organizations, wireless telecommunications site owners and commercial real estate developers. It might seem like a strange mix of industries but we have our reasons: At least one member of the CCGI team has worked in each of the industries listed, so we know them well. At CCGI, we're all about knowing what we know and knowing what we don't know. For us, these industries fit our team to a tee, so we focus solely on them.
Non-Profit Camps, Churches and Schools
The biggest value add that CCGI brings to the non-profit industry is our ability to help these organization find funding. When non-profs work with CCGI, they find that they incur no up front expenditures (this via an SPPA), that they can actually generate revenue from their solar arrays (using SRECs) and that our Design, Build, Operate, Maintain (DBOM) service allows them to enjoy the benefits of renewable energy without having to worry about any aspect of the project. From beginning to end, non-profs are working with a team that understands their unique challenges.
Wireless Telecomm Tower Owners
CCGI is a subsidiary of CarrierClass Deployment Services, a company that acts as the lead project developer on wireless telecom tower sites throughout the Delaware Valley. A combined 20+ years of tower site development and management gives us the exclusive expertise needed for rooftop renewable energy project development. We know how important it is that your critical infrastructure not be compromised and that your rooftop assets are precious. We protect those assets 24x7x365. We also know that in today's economy, financing and revenue generation are key, so we walk you through the SPPA process and educate you about SRECs so that you understand everything there is to gain from a solar array installation. Want to know more? Contact us. We'll be happy to talk with you.
Commercial Real Estate
CarrierClass Green Infrastructure is partnered with a commercial real estate developer that specializes in net metered renewable energy solutions. This relationship enables us to access commercial real estate development experts on each project we undertake. Everything from financing using capital generated from SPPAs and private investors is investigated, as is the amount of revenue you can expect to generate from SRECs once your arrays are installed. CCGI is adept at developing and managing dozens of renewable energy projects simultaneously, something our competitors just can't do. Contact us to learn more.
